I’m able to personally testify for the over-exercise thing. I’d keep enjoying a cookie here, an soft ice cream cone there…then feel guilty and go and try to exercise it off. It did benefit awhile. However really just ended up having firm fat and sore knees. And that i never addressed my bad consumer habits. Some desire to lose fat with food a lot because i quickly would have to restrict my intake….that i’m a volume eater. While i accepted the fact the knees were simply not likely to carry me anymore i didn’t have choice. That’s and still is, difficult to accept.
